Welcome to San Fernando Elementary School!

Vision Statement

Our vision is for all students to learn and thrive in an academically rigorous environment. We will prepare our students to become engaged thinkers, self driven and ethical citizens.  They will leave our school technologically literate and college and career ready.

Our mission is to provide a safe, challenging learning environment that fosters creativity and innovation.   We expect our students to achieve academically through meaningful, collaborative experiences that stimulate critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and independence.  Through our guidance and instruction our students will respect languages and cultures as well as gain a sense of social and environmental responsibility.

 *Updated Fall 2017

San Fernando Elementary offers Dual Language classes for children in grades K-5th.  Students learn to read and write in Spanish while continuing to enhance their English skills.
