We Offer K-5 Dual Language Spanish Classes
San Fernando Elementary offers Kindergarten - 5th Grade Dual Language Spanish classes that provide content and literacy instruction in English and in Spanish. As students continue to participate in the Dual Language program, they reach advanced levels of academic and language proficiency in both languages and gain sociocultural understanding and competence. In addition, students in Dual Language have an opportunity to earn the LAUSD Biliteracy Award in 5th grade.
